Small small changes

I was reading the articles and book about the importance of atomic habits. How they can change your life. James argues that small changes changes our life in a tremendous way. He talks in lots of details about it.

He wants you to build tiny tiny habits to improve your life significantly. He also hands out the list of small habits which you can do on daily basis. Those habits takes only 2 min of your time. They are around 15 in numbers. I am looking to build my habits. But that long list seems daunting at first. Anxiety was ruling over me. You need to take out atleast 45 mins to complete them. Not at all feasible for beginner like me. Complete no.

I was sold at the idea of Importance of Atomic Habits By James Clear.

Small changes -> changes your life. No doubt.

Start small and then build.

Be consistent.

So many small changes puts burden on your mind.

So, don’t start with so many small changes. 1 or 2 in start is great.

Don’t pick up the small changes of others.

See, where you’re right now? Where you want to be?

Then, pick up small changes accordingly.

Write them down.

Get after them each single day.
