  7. Why I don’t follow or implement even my own conclusions? Is it because I don’t give enough rest to process ideas and declutter them? Idk.

  8. I’m living so much inside my head. A lot of planning.

  9. The idea is to first think about doing, then measure and then plan.

  10. There is something which is stopping from taking action. Maybe, high thought friction. Idk.

  11. Why we use the mobile phone to override our emotions? Do this also happen in the past with our ancestors? What device/thing they used to override their feelings/emotions? How we cope with this?
