Why I don’t follow through my journal habit?

Why I don’t follow or implement even my own conclusions? Is it because I don’t give enough rest to process ideas and declutter them? Idk.

I’m living so much inside my head. A lot of planning.

Why we use the mobile phone to override our emotions? Do this also happen in the past with our ancestors? What device/thing they used to override their feelings/emotions? How we cope with this?
